NYC Child Custody and Visitation Attorney Juan Luciano Releases Insightful Article on Mothers Seeking Full Custody 12-10-2024 10:28 PM CET | Politics, Law & Society Press release from: ABNewswire NYC child custody and visitation attorney Juan Luciano ( https://divorcelawfirmnyc.com/how-to-get-full-custody-of-a-child-as-a-mother/ ) has provided valuable insights into how mothers can tackle the legal system to secure custody arrangements that prioritize the welfare of their children. With years of experience in family law, Luciano emphasizes the importance of preparation, legal understanding, and presenting a compelling case to the courts. In child custody cases, the court's primary focus is on the best interests of the child, explains NYC child custody and visitation attorney Juan Luciano. The decision-making process includes evaluating factors such as the child's emotional and physical needs, the stability of the home environment, and each parent's ability to support the child's overall well-being. While the role of a mother often reflects significant caregiving responsibilities, the courts no longer assume mothers will automatically be granted custody. Instead, they assess each parent's capacity to provide a nurturing and stable environment. "Filing for full custody requires careful preparation and a deep understanding of what the court considers when deciding what's in the best interests of the child," the NYC child custody and visitation attorney says. "Mothers need to demonstrate their ability to provide stability and meet the child's needs in all aspects of life." To assist mothers in preparing for a custody case, Luciano highlights the importance of comprehensive documentation. Evidence such as school and medical records, financial stability, and caregiving history plays a vital role in building a compelling case. NYC child custody and visitation attorney Juan Luciano advises mothers to focus on facts and avoid emotional conflicts that may distract from the core issues at hand. The process begins with filing a custody petition in Family Court, detailing why full custody is necessary for the child's welfare. Proper service of the petition helps inform the other parent, setting the stage for an initial hearing. At this stage, courts may issue temporary custody orders, often maintaining the current caregiving arrangements until a final decision is made. According to Luciano, demonstrating that being the primary caregiver and maintaining a stable routine is crucial during these hearings. Juan Luciano explains that New York courts examine several critical factors when determining custody arrangements. These include the cleanliness and safety of the home, the parent's involvement in the child's daily life, and the history of caregiving. If there is evidence of neglect or abuse by the other parent, presenting police reports or witness statements can significantly influence the court's decision. "Courts want to help ensure the child's environment promotes their growth, safety, and emotional well-being," Juan Luciano notes. "For mothers seeking full custody, it's essential to highlight how their caregiving supports these priorities." Beyond presenting evidence, NYC child custody and visitation attorney Juan Luciano discusses common challenges mothers face, such as accusations of parental alienation or false allegations by the other parent. Responding to these claims requires maintaining a factual and composed approach. Records of cooperation with the other parent, as well as testimony from neutral observers such as teachers or neighbors, can help counter such accusations effectively. Securing full custody is a significant milestone, but Luciano emphasizes that it also comes with ongoing responsibilities. Adhering to court orders, facilitating healthy interactions with the other parent, and supporting the child's emotional well-being are key components of successful post-custody arrangements. "Maintaining a stable and loving environment for your child is the most important goal," says Juan Luciano. "Even after the custody decision, fostering a sense of security and addressing the child's needs should remain a top priority." Parents should also be aware of their right to enforce or modify custody orders when circumstances change. Violations of court orders or significant changes in the child's needs may warrant a review of the custody arrangement. Mothers managing the complex aspects of custody cases can find comprehensive support with NYC child custody and visitation attorney Juan Luciano. Luciano can help clients protect their parental rights and advocate for their children's best interests, becoming a trusted ally in family law matters. For those seeking to secure a custody arrangement that aligns with their child's needs, Luciano encourages early preparation and legal guidance to achieve the most favorable outcome possible. The announced it is seeking concepts for , or FCUAS C2, solutions enabling a single operator to engage multiple drone targets, as well as manned aircraft. The FCUAS C2 system sought under the DIU’s area of interest solicitation should be solely operable through a portable device, such as a tablet or laptop. In addition, the solution should be interoperable with current or emerging C2 systems and can rapidly integrate new third-party sensors. The solicitation’s participants must demonstrate their solutions in an expected live-fire CUAS test in the summer of 2025, including an interface with a government-supplied simulation tool. Terms of the Solicitation Partnerships are encouraged in FCUAS C2 prototype concept solicitation, particularly the collaboration of artificial intelligence/machine learning companies and integrators of counter-drone technologies. One recent involves Anduril Industries’ collaboration with ChatGPT developer OpenAI. Individual companies that can deliver the entire solution to the FCUAS C2 system can also apply in the prototyping solicitation. They have to indicate though if subcontractors would be involved along with their roles. and are among the companies that recently demonstrated AI capabilities in their counter-drone systems. An other transaction agreement awarded on the FCUAS C2 prototype may result in a follow-on production contract without further competition. The value of the follow-on contract could be significantly larger than the prototyping agreement, as several Department of Defense units may order the FCUAS C2 system. The deadline for the prototype concept submission is on Dec. 23.None
(L-R): John Logue, CEO, Social Enterprise Republic of Ireland (SERI), IFI Chair, Paddy Harte and Colin Jess CEO, Social Enterprise NI (SENI). Fourteen social enterprises from around Northern Ireland are involved in an innovative new cross-border programme. The DISCOVERY programme led by Social Enterprise Republic of Ireland (SERI) and Social Enterprise Northern Ireland (SENI) is focused on building new connections between established social enterprises around the shared social impact challenges they face. The collaborative two year programme is funded by the International Fund for Ireland, under its Communities in Partnership funding Programme, which supports meaningful cross-border partnerships, including ideas that create the conditions for the development of social enterprise and innovation. The collaboration to deliver the programme is the first step in a new partnership between SERI and SENI, who have worked together, to design the programme, working in the collective and best interests of the social enterprise sector. Speaking at the launch event, Paddy Harte, Chair of the International Fund for Ireland said: “We know that Social Enterprises are playing an increasingly important role contributing to the economic and social landscape. They operate much needed facilities, providing services, creating employment, working within disadvantaged communities and adding value to all aspects of community life. “This IFI funding will provide the building blocks to help Social Enterprises manage and navigate the challenges around financial sustainability and help develop long-term viable social businesses that will benefit communities. “The DISCOVERY Programme will establish a shared vision to unite communities rather than divide, working with Social Enterprises who are facing similar challenges and ultimately play an important role in building long-term cross-border connections.” As Social Enterprises grow and develop over time, expanding their social impact, community leaders can find themselves running quite complex operations, similar to businesses, but where all surplus or profit generated is reinvested into the community. Over time, the operators of Social Enterprises can encounter a whole different set of challenges from those when they first came together as a committee to start up their community group. Just like businesses that operate in the private sector, this can require a complete different set of management tools, skills and techniques to sustain and grow the social enterprise. The DISCOVERY programme is about understanding this challenge and working in support of communities over the course of the next two years to address it. Colin Jess, CEO of Social Enterprise Northern Ireland (SENI) said: “We are already entrusted by the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland to deliver the Social Economy Work Programme and the DISCOVERY programme adds great value to the existing work we do on behalf of our SENI members. "The new partnership with SERI, is we believe a key innovation for the sector in that the challenge of financial sustainability, of trading, of growing, of building revenue, of employing and retaining staff, these are challenges that every social enterprise contends with every day. That’s on top of the regular day to day work of delivering services of significant impact and benefit to the community. "What we hope to achieve through the programme, is to support social enterprises to work through some of the key sustainability challenges that they face, while at the same time building new relationships that inspire further innovations across the sector in Northern Ireland.” John Logue CEO of Social Enterprise Republic of Ireland added: “We are excited to launch the new DISCOVERY programme and to work in partnership with Social Enterprise Northern Ireland. Both of our organisations are working separately every day, each side of the border, in the best interests of our community of members, to develop policy, to advocate for much needed funding, and to connect with Government and Political Leaders to raise awareness of each Social Enterprises work, their funding and development needs. "Through the DISCOVERY programme, our motivation is really to practically support the operators of social enterprises, to help them to apply new digital tools, to enhance their financial management expertise, to help to grow and manage income, and to optimise and control costs. Theres also a great learning opportunity from the cross-border collaboration and that’s what we aim to facilitate, and that’s what the programmes about.” Join our Belfast Live breaking news service on WhatsApp Click this link or scan the QR code to receive breaking news and top stories from Belfast Live. At the same time, the partners will be working on behalf of the social enterprise sector, to further build awareness of the significant social impact work that social enterprises do, and to advance and align social policy that’s in the interests of all social enterprise operators. Franklin Resources Inc. Buys 4,603 Shares of MannKind Co. (NASDAQ:MNKD)HUMBOLDT – For many residents of Humboldt, attending a council meeting may not be possible. Since 2020, the City of Humboldt started livestreaming all of their council meetings for the public to be able to watch the proceedings. Mayor Rob Muench said, ”BHP contributed money to a number of municipalities in the region around the Jansen Lake project so residents could stay informed when the public wasn’t able to attend meetings.” Livestreaming council meetings have now made it very simple and easy for community members to stay informed on what is upcoming for city projects and what the council is discussing for the City of Humboldt. Muench said the equipment cost approximately $20,000 when it was first purchased. Prior to 2020, the City was already streaming meetings more simply with just audio as they had installed a microphone previously. Muench said, at times, technology doesn’t always work and there was a bit of a learning curve. The benefits Muench said are, “Transparency for the public. Also, the media can cover meetings remotely and record quotes from meeting participants.” For city staff, it has made it easier to do minutes from the recording and provides the ability to refer to past meetings. “I think this has been a positive move overall and has increased council’s transparency.” Since the start of livestreaming council meetings, the public has become more engaged and informed on the decision-making process for various projects. The public can view council meetings by going to the City of Humboldt’s webpage.Malique Ewin finished with team highs of 17 points and seven rebounds to lead the Florida State Seminoles to a 92-59 victory over the Massachusetts Minutemen in each team's final game of the Naismith Hall of Fame Tip-Off on Sunday afternoon in Uncasville, Conn. The Seminoles (6-1) won their third consecutive game and went 2-0 in the event as they pulled away in the second half, leading by as many as 36 points. It's Florida State's best start since the 2019-20 season when it went 7-1. UMass (1-5) dropped its fifth in a row following a season-opening win over New Hampshire despite a strong game on Sunday from Jaylen Curry, who scored 17 points. Curry, with six free throws, helped propel the Minutemen on a 10-0 run over a four-plus minute span in the first half to take a 24-23 lead with 4:22 left. FSU closed the half on a 13-3 run to lead 37-27 at halftime. A 15-4 surge to open the second half helped the Seminoles break the game open. Florida State's defense frustrated UMass shooters throughout the contest, especially on the perimeter, limiting the Minutemen to 3-for-24 shooting (12.5 percent) from 3-point range and 18-for-58 (31 percent) overall. The Seminoles finished with 22 points off 17 UMass turnovers. On the flipside, Florida State had one of its best shooting games of the season. The Seminoles moved the ball well throughout the game and finished with 25 assists while only turning the ball over 10 times. The Seminoles shot 33 for 58 (57 percent) from the field and made 9 of 18 three-pointers to put together a season-high scoring output. Once again, Florida State shined thanks to its depth as 10 players scored and four scored in double figures. The Seminoles were able to have 16 players participate in the game as well. Jamir Watkins finished with 14 points while Jerry Deng and Justin Thomas each had 10 points. For UMass, Daniel Rivera finished with 12 points and six rebounds while Nate Guerengomba had 10 points. Daniel Hankins-Sanford collected a game-high 13 rebounds. --Field Level Media
The Chiefs have a normal week leading up to Sunday’s game against the Browns, but the next two games won’t unfold under the usual circumstances. A Saturday game against the Texans in Week 16 will be followed by a Wednesday road game against the Steelers in Week 17. That schedule was put in place because Christmas falls on a Wednesday this year and the four teams involved in games that day will all be playing three games over 11 days to get through that stretch. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes said he has been “tailoring my workouts” to prepare for this stretch because he knows how challenging it is going to be on him. “It is not a good feeling ,” Mahomes said, via Adam Teicher of ESPN.com. “I’m excited to play on Christmas to hopefully get back from what we did last year, but you never want to play this many games in this short of time. It’s just not great for your body. But at the end of the day, it’s your job, your profession. You have to come to work and do it.” The Chiefs have already clinched the AFC West and they have a lead in the race for the top seed in the AFC, which mitigates some of the pressure they will feel to navigate this stretch without a misstep but everyone on the club will be more than happy to have the extended break that comes at the end of Week 17.
